Wellstone will consider candidates for the US Senate and for the Oakland Unified School District 5 Board Seat on September 28 at 6 p.m.  The top three candidates for the Senate have all been invited; Congresswoman Barbara Lee has confirmed her attendance.  School Board candidates Sasha Ritzie-Hernandez and Jorge Lerma will join us; you can hear more about them on this recording of a candidates’ forum held by Educators for Democratic Schools.
